Let's face it, if you read comic books, chances are you like comic book related merchandise. Now, courtesy of Diamond Select Toys, you have the chance to purchase your very own Mjolnir so you can run around the kitchen (or house) pretending to be the God of Thunder.
It might not be exactly life size but it serves a bigger purpose. This little hammer can be used to open your bottles.
Starting in early 2012, Diamond Select Toys will release a series of Marvel Comics-based bottle openers. You can get this at comic shops and specialty stores (and it can be ordered through Diamond's Previews catalog). The first will be Thor's mystical hammer, Mjolnir, which will be released just after the New Year.
Diamond Select has issued a warning:
Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be thirsty, shall possess the power of Thor. (Not really, although you will possess the power of levers. Are they science, magic... or one and the same?)
